• Direct financial reporting, month-end close activities, and cash flow management across multiple entities.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, forecasting efforts, and long-range financial planning.
• VP of Accounting will champion finance transformation initiatives, including system enhancements, automation, and process improvements.
• Oversee payroll operations and ensure accuracy across related financial functions.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and provide meaningful analysis to support executive decision-making.
• Manage and develop the accounting team while serving as a strategic business partner to ownership and leadership.

• 10+ years of progressive healthcare finance and accounting leadership experience.
• Proven healthcare industry expertise, including oversight of multi-entity financial operations and reporting.
• Hands-on experience leading accounting system implementations, upgrades, or ERP conversions.
• Strong background driving finance automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• CPA preferred, but not required.
