Key Responsibilities for the Interim Controller:

• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Lead and mentor accounting staff while supporting business objectives
• Partner with executive leadership on financial strategy and analysis

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• CPA preferred; ERP system experience highly desired
