Senior Payroll Specialist

4L Managed Accounting LLC is seeking a full-time, Senior Payroll Specialist with 6-10 years of experience in various payroll platforms with much of that experience within ADP Workforce. This is a 100% in office position working alongside an existing team of payroll specialists. The Senior Payroll Specialist will handle payroll processing for our law firm clients, including reviewing time entries, calculating payroll, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities include managing garnishments, maintaining payroll tax accuracy, and addressing client inquiries related to payroll services. The Senior Payroll Specialist will review payroll processing from the team to ensure accuracy and will collaborate with internal departments to support the financial operations of law firm clients.

• 6-10 years payroll experience required.
• Experience with ADP and other payroll platforms is necessary
• High attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality with a strong ability to analyze and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience working with law firms or professional service organizations is a plus
