About the RoleA growing professional services organization is seeking a Senior Client Billing Specialist to join its finance and operations team. This position is responsible for managing the full billing lifecycle, including invoice preparation, electronic billing submission, rejection resolution, appeals management, client onboarding support, and ongoing billing compliance. This role offers a high level of ownership and visibility, working closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant billing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage billing and invoicing activities for a portfolio of clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and related transactions.
- Monitor billing workflows and resolve issues as they arise.
- Support electronic invoicing and client-specific billing requirements.
- Maintain accurate account, billing, and customer records.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to address inquiries and ensure efficient operations.
- Prepare reports, track outstanding items, and assist with issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, accuracy, and overall efficiency.
