Are you an accounting student looking to gain firsthand exposure to public accounting before applying for internships? Rivero, Gordimer & Company (RGCO) invites motivated accounting students to participate in our Summer Leadership Experience
, a one-week paid program designed to help future professionals explore careers in public accounting while developing valuable leadership and professional skills.
This immersive experience provides early exposure to audit, tax, advisory services, firm leadership, and RGCO's collaborative culture. Participants will have the opportunity to interact with professionals across multiple levels of the organization while building relationships that can lead to future internship and career opportunities
Experience:- Exposure to Audit, Tax, CAS, and Advisory service lines
- Direct interaction with partners and professionals throughout the firm
- Professional development and leadership sessions
- Small-group collaborative case exercises
- Team presentations and communication development opportunities
- Networking opportunities with professionals at various career levels
- Insight into RGCO's culture, career paths, and growth opportunities
- Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting
- Entering their junior or senior year of college
- Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
- Show initiative, professionalism, and leadership potential
- Have an interest in pursuing CPA licensure
- Open to building their career in the Tampa Bay area following graduation

Commitment:Monday-Friday 10:00am-4:00pm, lunch will be provided daily
Compensation:$1,000
