Salary: $50,000- $60,000

- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other balance sheet accounts.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reporting.
- Prepare financial reports and support month-end close activities.
- 2+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or related experience.
- Proficiency with accounting software such as Quick Books, Sage, or similar ERP systems.
- Experience with bank reconciliations, AP/AR, and financial recordkeeping.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; accounting coursework or degree preferred.
