Benchmark International Tax Partners is looking for an International Tax Manager to join our growing team.
This is a hands‑on international tax role working with multinational corporations, closely held businesses, partnerships, and high‑net‑worth individuals. You’ll manage international tax compliance and consulting engagements, advise clients on complex cross‑border matters, and turn technical tax issues into clear, practical recommendations.

Key ResponsibilitiesWhat you’ll be doing
- Manage international tax compliance and consulting engagements.
- Review international information reporting, including Forms 5471, 5472, 8858, 8865, 1118, and 8992, as applicable.
- Research complex international and cross‑border tax issues.
- Prepare technical memoranda, client deliverables, and recommendations.
- Provide proactive tax planning and advisory support.
- Manage client relationships, deadlines, workflow, and quality.
- Review individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns where required.
- Mentor and support Tax Associates.
- Support client onboarding and prospective client meetings.

The Person / Qualifications We’re looking for someone with- An active CPA, EA, or JD credential
- 5+ years of public accounting or tax advisory experience
- Strong international tax compliance and consulting experience
- Knowledge of international information reporting requirements
- Experience researching complex cross‑border tax matters
- Strong client management and communication skills
- Previous leadership, supervision, or mentoring experience
- Excellent organization, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
