The Athletic Department is seeking to establish a temporary OPS position pool to assist with clearing and processing programmatic transactions associated with the University Procurement Card Program.
Individuals hired from this pool will provide short-term administrative support to help manage transaction backlogs and ensure timely, accurate processing in accordance with university policies and procedures.
ResponsibilitiesThis position within the Athletics Business Office will provide financial operations support to the Athletic Department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with the review and processing of PCard transactions in the Archivum system
- Verifying receipts and supporting documentation for completeness and compliance with university policies
- Identifying missing or incorrect information and coordinating follow-up as needed
- Performing routine data entry and administrative support related to transaction reconciliation
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to established financial and operational procedures
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, or Equivalent
- Demonstrated competence with the Microsoft Office package
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to customer service
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic administrative or clerical experience
- Familiarity with financial systems or PCard processing:
- Archivum, People Soft FAST, Finance Mart, Microsoft Power BI
