This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Tampa Bay Area for a Permit Coordinator. The Permit Coordinator will be responsible for preparing and submitting permit applications, ensuring all required building permits are obtained, coordinating inspections as needed, and maintaining communication with customers and various stakeholders throughout the permitting process.
The role involves managing timelines, tracking application statuses, and providing excellent customer service to facilitate smooth project completion.
Qualifications- Experience with Permit Applications and Building Permits
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Inspection processes
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in using permitting software and other relevant computer applications
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in related fields is advantageous
