Position: Administrative Assistant to the Business Development Team

Overview

We are looking for a polished and professional Administrative Assistant/Executive Assistant with 1-3 years of experience to join a rapidly growing private investment firm focused on the U.S. lower middle market. This role seeks a detail-oriented and proactive Business Development Coordinator to support the operations and workflow of its Business Development team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.

  • $28 per hour
Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Business Development team, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and call preparation
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and reporting support
  • Prepare materials for internal and external meetings, including presentations and follow-up communications
  • Coordinate logistics and administrative support for conferences, roadshows, and industry events
  • Assist with onboarding and organization of client and prospect information
  • Facilitate internal communication to ensure timely task completion
  • Support special projects and ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of administrative or operational experience, ideally within financial services or a corporate environment
  • Strong technical skills and comfort working in a tech-enabled setting
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines
  • Collaborative, service-oriented mindset
