Position Summary:The Executive Administrative Assistant will work closely with the company owner, providing essential administrative support. This role requires a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, local to Tampa, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:Provide direct administrative support to the owner, including scheduling and calendar management.
Use Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel to manage communications, documents, and reports with accuracy.
Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing phone and email inquiries.

Should have some kind of construction experience-working in that type of environment.
Assist with special projects and tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and multitasking skills.
Professional communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a customer-facing or support role.
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and prioritize effectively.
