Our client, is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an essential part of the administrative support team, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing excellent service to visitors and staff.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Tampa, FL
Pay Range: $17
Shift: 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
- Receive, open, sort, date‑stamp, and deliver mail to the appropriate recipients or mailboxes.
- Confirm and sign daily deposits, including cash, credit cards, and checks, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Respond to doorbell alerts, direct visitors, and act as the first point of contact for guests and clients.
- Manage incoming packages, verify against invoices, and update records accordingly.
- Assist with processing change of address reports, updating records using USPS and other resources.
What's Needed?
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
- Ability to maintain organized records and perform accurate data verification.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread work effectively.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions and work collaboratively with others.
- Experience with data processing, word processing, and office equipment usage.
