This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in the North Tampa/ Carrollwood Area. The Administrative Assistant will support day-to-day operations by performing clerical tasks, organizing , handling communication, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office workflows. Responsibilities include managing phone calls, assisting with executive administrative tasks, and providing excellent professional interaction within a professional legal setting.

- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage tasks such as filing, and maintaining payroll records.
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting professionally with clients and staff
- Attention to detail and ability to plan and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge and prior experience with quickbooks.
- Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree or prior experience in an administrative or legal environment is an added advantage
