This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in the North Tampa/ Carrollwood Area. The Administrative Assistant will support day-to-day operations by performing clerical tasks, organizing, handling communication, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office workflows. Responsibilities include managing phone calls, assisting with executive administrative tasks, and providing excellent professional interaction within a professional legal setting.

- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage tasks such as filing, and maintaining payroll records.
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting professionally with clients and staff
- Attention to detail and ability to plan and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge and prior experience with Quick Books.
- Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree or prior experience in an administrative or legal environment is an added advantage
