The Senior Executive Assistant/Chief of Staff to the CHRO & SVP of Guest Insights & Analytics is a dual-role position that combines high-level administrative support with strategic operational leadership. This individual serves as a trusted advisor and right hand to the CHRO, ensuring the smooth operation of the HR function through expert calendar management, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and strategic execution.

The role also includes onboarding coordination for RSC new hires and oversight of key initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness and culture.

Key Responsibilities Executive Support
  • Manage and optimize the CHRO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, travel, and events.
  • Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up documentation for meetings.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and communications with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and expense reports.
Chief Of Staff Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic planning and execution of HR initiatives in partnership with the CHRO.
  • Manage the rhythm of the business, including leadership meetings, quarterly reviews, and planning sessions.
  • Support cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely execution.

    Draft and review executive communications, presentations, and reports for internal and external audiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Curate and synthesize information from across the HR function to support strategic decisions.
  • Maintain dashboards and scorecards to track HR performance metrics and project milestones, leveraging project management methodologies to monitor timelines, manage dependencies, identify risks, and ensure accurate, timely reporting that supports informed decision‑making.
Operational & Administrative Excellence
  • Monitor and manage budgets, invoices, and procurement related to the CHRO’s office.
  • Coords and executes department-wide engagement events and initiatives that foster team collaboration, morale, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Administer and oversee the RSC comp card program, including issuance, tracking, compliance monitoring, and partnership with Finance to ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative processes.
  • Continuously improve administrative systems and processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support department-wide meetings, offsites, and strategic planning sessions.
Onboarding Coordination
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires, including scheduling orientation sessions, meetings, and introductions.
  • Prepare onboarding materials, welcome communications, and access to necessary systems and tools.
  • Partner with HR Operations and Talent Acquisition to ensure a smooth transition for new team members.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in HR or a corporate environment.
  • Experience in project management, strategic planning, or Chief of Staff-type responsibilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom, SharePoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
