CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Office Administrative Assistant to join our Infrastructure Admin Team in Winter Springs, FL or Tampa, FL
. In this part‑time role (30 hours per week), you will provide essential administrative and operational support to managers and staff—serving as a key contributor to a productive, welcoming, and well‑organized office environment. This is a great opportunity to apply your administrative expertise while supporting meaningful work across the organization.
- Provide front‑office support, including phone coverage, greeting visitors, and routing calls and messages
- Prepare business correspondence, proposals, mailings, and presentations using Microsoft Office applications
- Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, and web‑based meetings
- Support project managers with administrative and billable project tasks, including timecards, expenses, and documentation
- Assist with office operations such as ordering supplies, processing purchases, and reconciling office credit card expenses
- Support onboarding activities, office events, and day‑to‑day staff needs in coordination with Office Leadership
- Manage records by filing, scanning, archiving documents, and distributing mail
- Coordinate travel arrangements, business cards, building access items, and meeting logistics as needed
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience required
- Proven administrative experience with knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams), with the ability to leverage advanced features to drive efficiency and productivity
- Excellent organizational, time‑management, planning, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
- Work in a collaborative, professional environment with variety in your day‑to‑day responsibilities

$25.00 - $27.00
Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
