Responsibilities
- Plays the integral role in interfacing with caregiver staff in ensuring the proper caregiver and client match
- Performs various supervisory activities related to scheduling both caregivers to clients, timecard processing, and other responsibilities as needed
- Maintains a positive demeanor at all times and is able to effectively multitask in a high functioning office environment
- Schedules the daily activities of caregivers, answers telephone, takes inquiries or messages in an upbeat, professional manner
- Communicates continually with associates and clients to evaluate service
- Serves as a team player within an office environment
- Assist with recruitment tasks such as scheduling interviews and posting job ads
- Maintain and organize employee records and HR documents
- Help coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks and employee inquiries
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive HR information
- Greet and register new patients upon arrival
- Collect and verify personal, medical, and insurance information
- Explain intake forms and assist patients in completing them
- Enter patient data accurately into the electronic medical records system
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a smooth intake process
- Serves as liaison between associates and Operations Director
- Maintains integrity in every interaction with caregivers and clients
- Maintains professionalism in all interactions
- Other general office and clerical functions
- Other duties assigned by Director of Operations
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to relate to clients and care staff in a way that is sensitive to the unique needs of the individual
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Basic office, computer skills, and organizational abilities
- Excellent interpersonal relations abilities
- Excellent telephone skills
- Knowledge of common medical terminology
- Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment
- Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
