Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated administrative assistant to work with our construction inspectors and project managers. This position is expected to work in the Tampa office.

Responsibilities include:

* Prepares correspondence, reports, proposals, contracts, meeting agendas/summaries, etc.

* Assisting project managers with project setup and RFIs

* Enforcing corporate style standards

* Maintain project and office data files

* Assists in preparing project status and financial reports

* Assist with data entry

* Assists project managers with project billing and collection

* Maintaining schedules, meetings, and travel for staff as needed

* Assist with production efforts, such as printing and quality control

A valid driver's license and some travel will be required.

The successful candidate will have:

* An associate degree (or higher) in a business administration, English, communication, or related field and at least two (2) years of relevant office experience

* -OR
- * If no degree, must have at least four (4) years of relevant office experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following:

* Working with construction projects and/or staff

* Preparing project status reports or other project related communications

* QA/QC for reports, correspondence, contracts, etc.

* Providing support to project managers

* Assisting with meetings (note taking, meeting minutes, etc.)
