Position: Commercial Services Specialist II (Manheim)

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with internal and external business partners.
  • Assist with auction operations from start to finish, up to notifying customers of the latest news.
  • Coordinate and execute sale day activities.
  • Input vital vehicle information into the Application System /400 and database.
  • Establish, update, verify, and maintain vehicle and pricing files.
  • Work with the title department to ensure titles and other required documents are in hand for each vehicle before the auction.
  • Manage vehicle inventory reports, investigate errors, and verify sale eligibility.
  • Partner with departments to prepare and notify customers of the sale run process.
  • Follow up on sale vehicle preparation, reconcile bills, and contact appropriate partners for missing information and issues to ensure smooth auction operations.
  • Communicate with the accounting team to balance sales and perform post‑sale invoicing as needed.
  • Provide administrative/clerical support and assist with special projects, admin support, and graphics requests.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field, OR any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline, OR 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, receptive to change and able to multitask.
  • Prior clerical or administrative experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel preferred.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service required.
  • Must be able to operate office equipment (e.g., copier, fax machine, etc.).
  • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
  • Communication and organizational skills required.
  • Must pass a pre‑employment drug test.
  • Authorised to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship (no OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT or visa sponsorship).
Drug Testing

Pre‑employment drug testing is required for this role. Cox Automotive does not administer a pre‑employment drug test for marijuana for this position, but it is a drug‑free workplace and possession or use of illegal substances during work hours, on company property, or in company vehicles is prohibited.

Benefits

Employees are eligible for a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays each calendar year. Additional paid time off is available for bereavement, voting, jury duty, volunteer time, military leave, and parental leave.
