Office Assistant / Administrative Assistant - Temporary Opportunity

Downtown Tampa, FL

Starting Pay: $25/hour

Monday - Friday | Start Time: 7:30 AM - 8:00 AM

Adecco is currently assisting a well-established construction company in Downtown Tampa with filling an upcoming temporary Office Assistant/Administrative Assistant position.

This role offers excellent growth potential within a professional and team-oriented environment.

As the front desk representative and first point of contact for the office, the ideal candidate will possess strong professionalism, communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

+ Serve as the front desk receptionist and greet visitors professionally

+ Manage incoming calls, emails, and general office correspondence

+ Provide administrative support to project managers and office staff

+ Coordinate communication with subcontractors, customers, and government agencies

+ Maintain organized records and assist with office operations

Qualifications:

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

+ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic

+ Construction industry experience is a plus

** Pay Details:**  $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
