The job duties are primarily focused on assisting with all administrative functions relating to daily, TPA and catastrophe claim operations. Responsibilities include data entry for new claims, calls/customer service support, payment processing, preparing letters, routine correspondence, and reporting. The applicant must have expertise working with administrative systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
Adobe Pro or comparable PDF editing software; and detailed database entry experience.
