Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Hours to be discussed)
Overtime: Must be flexible to work overtime as needed
Our client is seeking an experienced Office Services Clerk to support the day-to-day operations of a busy professional office in downtown Tampa. This position is responsible for document production, mail services, shipping and receiving, conference room support, inventory management, and other office services functions.
The ideal candidate is dependable, service-oriented, and proactive, with previous office services experience in a professional environment. This role requires someone who enjoys staying active throughout the day, can manage multiple priorities, and takes pride in providing exceptional internal customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare copies and other requested materials, including printing, binding, scanning, and assembling binders.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Send and receive faxes.
- Prepare overnight packages and coordinate shipping activities.
- Manage office supply inventory and maintain stock levels.
- Assist with conference room setup for meetings, events, and functions, including post-meeting cleanup and breakdown.
- Stock paper and supplies in copiers and printers across multiple office floors.
- Check conference rooms daily to ensure cleanliness and adequate supplies.
- Transfer and organize storage file boxes as needed.
- Provide coverage for the Office Services department at the downtown Tampa office when required.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and service providers, including Fed Ex, USPS, courier services, and shredding vendors.
- Deliver excellent customer service with a positive, team‑focused attitude.
- Perform additional office services and administrative support duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of office services experience.
- Knowledge of copiers, printers, fax machines, and other office equipment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Valid Florida Driver's License.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience working in a law firm or other professional services environment.
- Positive, dependable, and professional.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Able to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team‑oriented with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
- Comfortable performing a variety of hands‑on office services duties throughout the day.
