* Job Summary:

** Rite Rug Flooring is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an
** Account Coordinator**. In this role, you will support our Builder division by ensuring our installation timelines are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.

- ** Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
*** Gain a working knowledge of Podio and RFMS flooring software systems
* Write and manage work orders for flooring installations and services
* Track material and confirm availability of materials in the warehouse for scheduled work
* Process labor payments and invoice Builder accounts accurately and in a timely manner
* Schedule and coordinate service work with Project Managers and Homeowners
* Perform additional administrative and coordination duties as assigned
** Qualifications and Requirements:
** 1. Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Must have proficient computer skills, being comfortable enough to learn new systems.
3. Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
4. Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
