Join a team that keeps essential operations running smoothly. As an Administrative Specialist III, you’ll play a critical role in supporting leaders, coordinating workflows, and ensuring compliance processes are executed accurately and efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, data analysis, and working across teams to support key business functions in a fast‑paced environment.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll provide advanced administrative support, serve as a trusted resource for internal teams, and help manage key business processes.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Serve as a primary administrative point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Handle non-routine inquiries and problem resolution with sound judgment
  • Draft, edit, and manage business correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate workflows and activities across departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain and organize confidential records, files, and documentation systems
  • Support budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Compile and analyze data to support reports, presentations, and operational decisions
  • Track and manage compliance activities, inspections, and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with training new team members and provide guidance to junior staff
  • Support special projects and provide backup support for operational functions as needed

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys balancing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 4+ years of administrative support experience (or 2+ years in a progressive internal administrative role)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using email systems and digital communication tools
  • Strong ability to analyze data, create reports, and support presentations
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work, solve problems, and operate independently
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate’s Degree from an accredited college
  • Experience in a utility, energy, or regulated industry environment
  • Familiarity with systems such as CIS/CRM, GIS, or operational software tools
  • Knowledge of budgeting processes and administrative procedures
