Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Administrative Management
Purpose
Perform administrative activities in Service Center operations, including logistics, inventory management, system security, housekeeping, and other functions to meet or exceed customer service standards.
Responsibilities- Responsible for inbound or outbound tasks related to the administrative department.
- Perform multiple, varied administrative tasks as required.
- Review Warehouse Management Systems reports; suggest and implement improvements.
- Provide feedback, implement, and participate on quality improvement teams to limit rework, streamline functions, and enhance service.
- Facilitate maintenance of office equipment; maintain acceptable conditions in hold/returned goods/reship areas; monitor/refresh inventory of standard forms, office, and miscellaneous supplies; supervise proper preservation and destruction of company records per policy.
- Participate in annual inventory and closing work as directed.
- Interface with all levels of employees and management.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of the company’s administrative and service functions.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management System.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Knowledge of company customer markets and local stock products.
- Data entry skills.
- Developing organizational, collaboration, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Ability to influence without authority.
- Ability to interface with all levels of employees and management.
- Customer Service knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
CompensationStarting pay: $19.45 per hour, depending on experience.
Working ConditionsOffice and/or warehouse environment as required.
