The Administrative Coordinator at Gillware is a crucial role within our organization, providing comprehensive admin support to our team and ensuring that the office operates smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to staff, including email and calendar management, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence
- Coordinate the planning and execution of company events
- Manage office supplies inventory and maintenance, ensuring necessary items are stocked and equipment is functioning properly
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for staff members, including transportation and accommodations
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication, such as mail and deliveries
- Maintain company filing systems and create administrative reports as needed
- Assist with the implementation of company policies and ensure staff adheres to these guidelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail
- Experience in managing calendars and coordinating meetings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools
- High levels of confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
