Job Summary
The Florida Department of Revenue’s General Tax Administration Program seeks an Operations Analyst II to support its Business Technology Office’s Solutions Support Unit. The incumbent will serve as the liaison between telecom vendors and GTA on purchases and issues with cellular devices, monitor and track agency‑issued cell phones and air cards assigned to program personnel, be the gatekeeper for VPN accounts for GTA, maintain account records, submit monthly termination reports, assist with travel arrangements and reimbursements, and perform various administrative functions for the Manager.
Responsibilities- Liaise with telecom vendors regarding purchases and cellular device issues.
- Monitor and track agency‑issued cell phones and air cards for program personnel.
- Serve as gatekeeper for VPN accounts, request new accounts, and maintain records.
- Prepare monthly terminations reports and coordinate removal of VPN accounts.
- Assist in travel arrangements and prepare travel reimbursable documentation in the Statewide Travel Management System.
- Perform administrative duties for the Manager, including developing agendas, creating reports, and time management.
- Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
- Two years of administrative, secretarial, or staff‑assistant experience.
- Two years of experience in the Department of Revenue’s purchasing program.
- Experience using the Department of Revenue’s inventory system.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Up to $3,821.06 monthly ($45,852.72 annually).
