Position: Mailroom Office Coordinator
Location: Tampa, FL
Duration: 6-month Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail operations accurately and efficiently.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
- Scan mail and upload documents into the Applied Epic system.
- Index insurance policies and claims in Applied Epic with a high level of accuracy.
- Receive and coordinate incoming deliveries.
- Process outgoing mail and shipments in a timely manner.
- Serve as the first point of contact by greeting guests, vendors, and visiting colleagues.
- Provide exceptional customer service through professional communication and administrative support.
- Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming front office environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with mailroom operations, document scanning, or administrative support preferred.
- Familiarity with Applied Epic is a plus.
