Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Front Office Representative to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, students, and clients. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment while ensuring the smooth operation of daily front office activities. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist visitors, students, and clients in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries.
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain an organized reception area.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
  • Process incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and office coordination tasks.
  • Ensure a positive experience for all individuals interacting with the organization.
  • Support day-to-day office operations and special projects as assigned.
