M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

• Greet clients, visitors, attorneys, and vendors while providing professional front desk support, answering and routing incoming calls, and assisting English- and Spanish-speaking clients with general inquiries.
• Accurately enter client and case information into firm systems, review documents for completeness, and maintain organized electronic records through scanning, uploading, and filing.
• Take detailed messages, direct inquiries to the appropriate team members, and ensure timely, professional communication with clients and staff.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and reception area organization while maintaining a welcoming and professional office environment.
• Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff, safeguard confidential client information, and perform additional front desk and clerical duties as assigned.

• Must be bilingual:
  Spanish/English with strong/clear verbal communication skills
• MS Office proficient
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background check required
