Job Goal
Provides professional testing services and provides general office support for the department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree (or higher) from a regionally accredited institution OR Standard High School Diploma with one year of test center experience OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to troubleshoot routine problems
- Proficiency in using cloud-based productivity software
- Knowledge of general office practices, procedures, and equipment
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends
- Excellent interpersonal, written communication, and analytical skills
- Strong customer service skills
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, & REGISTRATIONS
Possess or complete assigned test vendor training and achieve related certifications within the 90-day probationary period, including, but not limited to:
- FDOE Policies on TABE Assessment – Certification
- ATI Proctor Certification
- Cambium Assessment Test Administrator Certificate
- Other certifications as needed to support testing operations
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
None
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in testing services
- Prior experience in a postsecondary educational setting.
