Responsibilities- Coordinate meetings, department events, visitor logistics, catering, meeting materials, and meeting minutes.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including contractor access, network IDs, workspace setup, and equipment coordination.
- Maintain department records, training documentation, organizational charts, contact lists, and shared resources.
- Process invoices, purchase requisitions, service requests, and other administrative transactions.
- Assist leadership with reports, presentations, document control, and day-to-day administrative support.
- Manage office operations including supplies, vendor services, vehicle administration, payroll/timekeeping support, and employee recognition activities.
- Previous administrative support experience, preferably supporting leadership or project-focused teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience with meeting coordination, documentation, records management, and administrative processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with onboarding, vendor coordination, invoice processing, or timekeeping functions preferred.
- Power BI experience is a plus.
- Ability to work onsite full-time in Tampa and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
