The Jaeb Center for Health Research is seeking an Administrative Research Assistant to support multiple clinical research teams. This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and computer skills who enjoys working in a collaborative office environment, while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.

• Collaborate with and provide administrative support to clinical research teams
• Triage incoming phone calls, routing inquiries, and messages to the appropriate team members
• Download, organize, track, and maintain study data (e.g., device files)
• Support the collection, tracking, and maintenance of study records to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes
• Assist with study start-up activities, document management, and data entry
• Order, track, and ship study supplies and materials
• Manage project emails and perform general office duties
• Assist with reports, presentations, and other project-related tasks

• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Salary is commensurate with education and experience and ranges from $33,000 to $39,000 annually, plus an excellent benefits package. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday, on-site position in the Tampa Bay area.
