Job SummaryWe are hiring an organized and dependable Office Clerk to support administrative operations, maintain records, and assist with scheduling and office coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Perform data entry and maintain customer and service records
- Organize paperwork, invoices, and internal documentation
- Assist with scheduling appointments and dispatch coordination
- Answer calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Support office staff with administrative duties
- Maintain organized filing systems
- High School Diploma
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or similar)
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Pay: $18 - $25 per hour
- Full-time employment
