Provides executive administrative support to the CCPA team, facilitating organizational efficiency and supporting leadership priorities in a high-tempo environment.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Provide administrative support to CCPA leadership, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and task management, and organize leadership calendars and read-ahead packages.

Manage logistics for teleconferences, video conferences, and in-person meetings.

Facilitate travel arrangements and process authorizations and vouchers in the Defense Travel System per JTR.Act as first point of contact for inquiries, routing phone, email, and official correspondence.

Draft, edit, and proofread documents to CENTCOM and Department of the Air Force standards and oversee the CCPA records management system.

Maintain distribution lists, personnel rosters, and contact databases and support event planning and execution.

Secret clearance at time of award, with eligibility for TS/SCIU.S. citizenship; fluent English Minimum two to three (2-3) years of experience in administrative support, preferably within a DoW or military environment

Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the Defense Travel System Knowledge of DoW regulations (FOIA, DOPSR, TMT processes) is highly advantageous; ability to maintain confidentiality
