The Automotive Reconditioning Specialist provides consulting services and customer support for our used car reconditioning software, Recon Vision. These consulting services and products help to increase revenue in a dealership. In this role, you will interact with Reynolds internal departments and dealership employees to deliver a high level of customer service and support as it relates to the Recon Vision solution.

You will be responsible for custom implementation, training, diagnosing issues, promoting sales opportunities, and managing customer relationships. Our training consists of classroom-style instruction and mentorship. You will receive in-depth product knowledge training on the Recon Vision solution itself, as well as general automotive reconditioning processes. Timeframe and intensity of the training period will vary depending on existing automotive knowledge, but generally lasts about 90 days.

• 2+ years retail automotive experience (parts count representative, service advisor, assistant service manager, automotive sales representative, reconditioning specialist)
• Requires computer and telephone skills
• Preferred - Familiarity with MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to travel, with overnight hotel stays, up to 20%
