Job Description

Ferman Collision Center at Chevrolet Brandon is looking for experienced Auto Body Technicians to join our team in the Tampa Bay area.

• Assess vehicle damage and develop the repair plan.
• Disassemble damaged body panels.
• Assist the Estimator with repair methods and plans.
• Measure vehicle using electronic systems.
• Complete welding assignments per specifications.
• Inspect for and ensure quality control of all repairs prior to painting and after re‑assembly.

• Excellent understanding and experience of automotive collision repair.
• I‑CAR certification.
• Bi‑lingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
• Strong desire to achieve Consumer Satisfaction scoring at or above company required levels.
• Excellent verbal and non‑verbal communication skills, strong listening skills, and the ability to problem‑solve.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must possess a valid U.S. government‑issued driver’s license, a clean driving record, and be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment background screening and drug test.
