Location: Tampa / Brandon / Lakeland, FL Area
Pay: $600/Week + Uncapped Commission
Schedule: Full-Time | Occasional Saturdays

Position Overview
Our client, an established automotive dealership serving the Tampa Bay and Lakeland markets, is seeking a Service Writer to join its team.
You’ll serve as the primary connection between customers and the service department, coordinating repairs while delivering an excellent customer experience.
What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and identify their vehicle service and repair needs.
• Create accurate work orders for technicians.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments.
• Keep customers updated on repair status, timelines, and costs.
• Prepare estimates and explain recommended repairs and services.
• Coordinate with the parts department to ensure parts availability.
• Maintain accurate service, warranty, and repair documentation.
• Identify opportunities for additional beneficial services.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Process invoices, payments, and completed service transactions.

• Customer service or automotive service experience.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and service processes.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to explain automotive repairs to customers clearly.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Dealership management software experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
