Operations Manager

Overview

Trademark Garage Floors is a concrete coatings company located in New Port Richey, FL. We install residential garage floors and commercial floors using epoxy, urethane, polyaspartics and other seamless coating systems. We have been in business for over 40 years, are Veteran owned, and pride ourselves on world‑class products and service.

We are looking for a talented operations manager to join our team to be in charge of our three crews. The operations manager is responsible for supervising the crews during the day. You may choose a crew that you would like to spend time training for the day or travel between sites ensuring quality work is being executed. On larger jobs, you will be in charge of the crew the entire day.

The operations manager will respond to customer requests and schedule or conduct repairs. This position is available for hire immediately.

• Motivated and dedicated individual willing to work hard, direct, and supervise crew members.
• Concrete preparation using grinding equipment and working with epoxies and other chemicals.
• Supervise crews, ensure quality work, and communicate with customers.

• Leadership experience in the same or similar job for at least 5 years with a positive referral.
• Must have had leadership experience in the same or similar job for at least 5 years with a positive referral.
• Must have a driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work. We are a drug‑free workplace.
• Experience in floor prep and chemical floor installs is required.

• Concrete Coatings Operations Manager: 5 years (Required) – DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU ARE AN EXPERT AT CONCRETE COATINGS INSTALLATION.

• Salary:
  Starting at $65,000 per year.
• Bonus:
  Monthly production bonus. 40% of the amount saved if labor payroll charges (including wages, tax, fees, workers comp) is less than 25% of total revenue.
• Option to supervise jobs at 8% rate of the total job amount. Pay would be 8% of job minus a $250 daily salary rate.
