Limitless Agency is a high-performance coaching and consulting company built exclusively for digital marketing agencies and online service businesses. We help agency owners scale revenue, improve systems, build predictable acquisition pipelines, and increase enterprise value so they can grow and eventually exit.
We are expanding our team and searching for a Client Success Coach who can confidently advise high-level entrepreneurs and operate as a strategic partner in their growth journey.
Role OverviewAs a Client Success Coach, you will work directly with CEOs, founders, and agency operators. Your role is to help them gain clarity, implement proven frameworks, and stay accountable to the milestones required to scale.
You will collaborate closely with the CEO and co-founder of Limitless Agency to ensure client success, strategic alignment, and execution of the systems they are being coached through.
This position requires someone who understands the agency space, thinks strategically, communicates with authority, and enjoys helping business owners succeed.
This is not a junior or entry-level client manager role. You must be able to step into conversations with established business owners and confidently guide them.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and support high-value client relationships while creating a world-class client experience
- Coach and advise agency owners on strategy, systems, pricing, offer structure, sales, marketing, and operational improvements
- Lead group coaching calls, office hours, or private client sessions as needed
- Track client milestones, metrics, progress, and outcomes in CRM and documentation systems
- Collaborate with the leadership team to continuously improve coaching frameworks and delivery
- Identify client risks early and proactively create solutions that protect performance outcomes
- Represent Limitless Agency with confidence, clarity, and professionalism
Applicants must meet all of the following requirements to be considered:
- 3–5 years of experience in the digital marketing agency or online business space
- 3–5 years of experience managing high-value client relationships
- Experience advising or coaching business owners or senior-level clients
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, funnels, sales systems, offer creation, and agency operations
- Experience with Go High Level
- Background in paid ads, social media marketing, or online acquisition systems
- Experience in a coaching, consulting, or strategic advisory role
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with business judgment and emotional intelligence
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Able to self-manage and perform without supervision
- Passionate about helping entrepreneurs grow and execute
- Performance-Based Compensation:
Up to $30,000 tied to client success metrics and revenue share - Total Compensation Potential:
Up to $85,000 - Health and benefits package included
