- Manages the design and implementation of Human Resources dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
- Leads HR data projects to support strategic initiatives and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Researches new technologies and analysis methods to enhance HR data capabilities.
- Ensures data accuracy and confidentiality in all HR reporting and analytics.
- Communicates effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide relevant data solutions.
- Collaborates with HR and operational leadership to execute initiative-specific needs and meet deliverables.
- Facilitates data-based decision-making through visualization and interpretation of data elements.
- Provides operational oversight and data analytics expertise to ensure goals and objectives are met.
- Serves as a subject matter expert on data extraction and analysis, applying analytics to drive business intelligence.
- Partners with HR Information Systems and other departments to leverage accessible, accurate, and reliable data.
- Prepares executive-level presentations and summaries to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills – able to communicate with all levels of staff-executive, management, and staff, as well as with external contacts/consultants-both written and verbal [Required]
- Able to independently execute data extraction, preparation, and compilation; selection of appropriate methods; interpretation and summary of results, and communication to stakeholders [Required]
- Provide key insights based on the data that go beyond the numbers themselves. [Required]
- Exhibit an optimistic and enthusiastic attitude toward change; shows flexibility and tolerance for ambiguity and varying company culture [Required]
- Adept at establishing partnerships and building relationships with key stakeholders and teams [Required]
- Able to think strategically and critically in developing analytics solutions [Required]
- Demonstrate knowledge of organizational goals and accurately prioritize work. [Required]
- Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and HRIS technologies (People Soft, etc.) [Required]
- Expert use of Excel and other analytical and/or database software, such as Power BI and other data visualization tools [Required]
- Able to present to executives and facilitate discussions [Required]
- Able to train and coach others in analytical concepts [Required]
- Understand information security fundamentals [Required]
- Has basic Project management skills – able to design, develop and manage multiple projects simultaneously [Required]
- Familiar with all Microsoft apps typically associated with Business Intelligence, Informatics, or Analytics functions [Preferred]
- Bachelor's in field such as Information Systems, Finance, Business, Accounting, Statistics, or Human Resources, OR 4 years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree [Required]
- Master's [Preferred]
- 1+ management experience, including lead or project management experience [Required]
- 4+ experience with data analysis [Required]
- 7+ experience with data analysis and management [Preferred]
- Previous experience leading teams or projects centered around data analytics [Preferred]
- Project Management Professional (PMP) [Preferred]
- Change Management Certification (PROSCI) [Preferred]
