We're hiring a Revenue Ops Manager to strengthen our go-to-market operations across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance. Reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing, you'll bring systems expertise, structured operational thinking, and cross-functional leadership to a growing GTM organization. This role combines hands-on execution with an ability to shape and improve the processes, data, and workflows that drive revenue.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day Revenue Ops execution, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT and Operations to align systems, data, and processes
- Own our Hub Spot environment: system configuration, workflow logic, lifecycle design, reporting infrastructure, and overall governance
- Drive process improvements across the full GTM funnel, including lead management, routing, forecasting, attribution, customer lifecycle, etc
- Build and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards that create visibility into pipeline, funnel performance, forecasting, and customer lifecycle health
- Ensure data quality and integrity across GTM systems and cross-functional workflows
- Partner cross-functionally to design scalable processes and automate manual tasks where possible
- Document processes, establish standards, and help define the long-term operating model for Revenue Ops
- Evaluate and manage GTM tooling integrations, working closely with Finance, IT, Operations, as needed
- 3-5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations
- Strong hands‑on expertise with Hub Spot (workflows, reporting, automation, lifecycle management, custom objects)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights, decisions, and prioritization
- Experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Advanced analytical skills with experience using BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Proficiency in evaluating, implementing, and troubleshooting GTM tool integrations, including working with APIs, webhooks, and middleware (e.g., Zapier, Make, or native connectors)
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes and manage cross‑functional projects
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with senior leadership (Preferred)
- Experience in SaaS or other recurring‑revenue business models
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Hub Spot, Pardot)
- Understanding of sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger)
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
Physical Requirements
:
The job requires frequent use of hands to touch, handle, and feel, and to reach with hands and arms. May on occasion be required to exert physical effort involving lifting/moving objects that may weigh 20 pounds, stooping, reaching, carrying, and pushing. lifting, crawling, pulling, constant use of hands, significant bending and reaching. Good hearing and vision required.
