Your new role:

Key Responsibilities
  • Experience in one or more of the following: MSP programs, supplier management, compliance review, procurement operations, or contract administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret documentation, identify inconsistencies, and recommend solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex requirements simply and clearly.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when reviewing legal or compliance documents.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities across several client accounts.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, cross‑functional environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of work streams, and make sound decisions with minimal oversight.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, queries, and advanced formulas required).
  • Experience leveraging AI tools (such as Copilot) to improve workflow efficiency is highly desirable.
  • Quick learner who adapts rapidly to new systems, client requirements, and operational processes.
