Revenue Operations Specialist

Who You Will Be…

As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will be the engine behind our revenue data. This role is responsible for ensuring that the foundational data powering our sales, marketing, and leadership decisions is accurate, consistent, and up to date across our CRM and related systems of record.

You will manage and maintain data quality within our CRM, support data entry and enrichment efforts, oversee data imports and scraping processes, and proactively identify gaps or inconsistencies before they become downstream problems. Your work will directly impact forecasting accuracy, reporting reliability, sales efficiency, and overall operational clarity.

As a key partner to Sales, Marketing, and Leadership, you will help define and enforce data standards, document processes, and support scalable revenue operations as the company grows. You will also assist with building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and workflows that rely on clean, trustworthy data.

• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely data within the CRM and other sources of truth
• Own data entry, normalization, enrichment, and cleanup processes
• Manage data scraping, imports, and integrations while ensuring data integrity
• Monitor and resolve duplicate records, inconsistencies, and missing data
• Support sales and marketing teams with reliable reporting and insights
• Help define data governance standards and operational best practices
• Document processes and continuously improve Rev Ops workflows
• Partner with leadership to ensure revenue reporting reflects reality
