As our family-owned HVAC company continues to grow in both residential and commercial work, we’re looking for a HVAC and Service Titan knowledgeable Business Manager who’s ready to jump in and make things happen. This is a hands‑on role for a true go‑getter—someone who enjoys tackling projects, supporting every department, and helping to keep the wheels turning behind the scenes. You’ll work side‑by‑side with ownership and the team, helping turn ideas into action and backing up everyone from the office to the field.
Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and highly organized Business Manager with a strong HVAC background, including Service Titan expertise, to help lead and support the overall operations of our growing air conditioning company. This role is critical to keeping the business running smoothly, financially stable, and well‑coordinated across departments.
The ideal candidate is a strong multitasker who can effectively oversee the Service Department, Sales and Marketing, and general business functions, while supporting leadership with financial oversight and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of the Service Department, collaborating closely with the Field and Construction Managers to effectively allocate personnel and resources while improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Assist Technicians with on‑site Sales and Service problem solving if needed
- Support and coordinate Sales operations, including tracking performance, improving processes, and assisting with forecasting
- Support Dispatch team as needed
- Monitor financial performance through reports and metrics to maintain and improve profitability.
- Utilize expert‑level Service Titan knowledge to update and improve current system.
- Assist with hiring, training, and performance of technicians and administrative staff
- Improve internal systems, workflows, and communication between departments
- Work closely with ownership/leadership to support short‑ and long‑term business goals
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business management with proven HVAC operational leadership
- Proven proficiency of Service Titan, with daily hands‑on operational use.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and problem‑solving skills
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven
