. Our Tampa office is expanding, and we’re looking for highly ambitious, commercially-minded professionals to join as Associate Consultants.

• Take ownership of a specialist desk in the high-demand U.S. construction market
• Source, engage, and place high-quality candidates for senior client searches
• Build and grow long-term relationships with top construction professionals
• Drive business development, negotiate deals, and generate revenue from day 1
• Collaborate with a high-performance team to consistently exceed targets

• Ambitious professional with 1–3 years of sales, recruitment, or client-facing experience (B2B or B2C)
• Confident, commercially-minded, and highly motivated by financial and career growth
• Strong communicator with outbound business development experience
• Proactive, goal-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-led environment
• Eager to learn and ready to grow into a full 360 recruitment consultant
