* High-volume B2B collections role supporting restaurant accounts
* Make 30+ outbound calls per day and follow up consistently via email
* Research and resolve invoice issues and discrepancies
* Work from a summary-level AR portfolio (500-line level)
* Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activity
* Proven collections experience in a high-volume environment
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to push for payment
* Comfortable being assertive and persistent
* Experience with B2B collections
* Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables a plus)
