We are seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to serve as a key analytical partner within our sales operating rhythm and an end-to-end owner of our commissions program. This is a strong opportunity for a finance or accounting professional looking to transition into a more business-facing role. This role is accountable for the accuracy, integrity, and evolution of commissions across the go-to-market organization and acts as the single point of contact for all commissions-related questions.

, partnering closely with Sales, Finance, and leadership in addition to commissions ownership through tools such as Clari, Salesforce, and Spiff
. This is a highly visible, hands-on individual contributor role for someone who thrives on precision and operational excellence. Small errors erode trust—this role exists to prevent them.
- Own the commissions program end-to-end, including plan execution, calculations, data stewardship, testing, and ongoing accuracy and timeliness
- Serve as the single point of contact for all commissions-related questions across Sales, Finance, and leadership
- Act as the primary administrator and owner of Spiff, including plan configuration, validation, data integrity, and ongoing evolution
- Participate in the weekly forecasting cadence, supporting Salesforce and Clari stewardship and ensuring alignment between forecast data and commissions logic
- Provide analytical insights to sales leadership on forecast movement, risk, attainment, and overall GTM performance
- Translate complex data into clear, traceable, decision-ready outputs with a consistently high bar for organization and clarity
- Document end-to-end commissions and forecasting processes, identifying risks and inefficiencies and designing durable, scalable improvements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Finance, accounting or analytical roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, structured modeling, and audit-ready outputs
- Demonstrated analytical rigor with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and leadership
- Comfortable interacting with and presenting to senior management with confidence and clarity
- Willingness to travel occasionally as needed
- Experience in enterprise software environments, particularly within private equity-backed companies
- Experience operating in acquisitive or multi-system environments
