Opportunity Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Specialized Operations Intern to join our Tampa-based team for a structured summer internship. This role provides hands-on exposure to reporting and analysis, operational workflow management, AI-enabled technology tools, and cross-functional coordination across key business functions. You'll work closely with the Director of Specialized Operations and partner teams to support renewals, applications, screening workflows, and performance reporting.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in business operations, analytics, real estate, or finance who wants meaningful experience in a data-driven environment.

Your Day-to-Day:

* Support reporting and analysis for Renewal, Applications, and Screening workflows, including trend review and ad-hoc reports for leadership

* Assist with daily operational tasks, queue management, and follow-up to ensure timely completion

* Monitor and support AI-enabled tools, ensuring accuracy and providing troubleshooting/documentation assistance

* Coordinate with external partners, track deliverables, and communicate changes to internal teams

* Collaborate cross-functionally with Renewal, Applications, Revenue, and Operations to ensure smooth workflow handoffs

What We're Looking For:

* Minimum of 3.25 GPA requirement

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, Real Estate, Finance, or related field

* Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail

* Ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
