Summary:An Order Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring a seamless client experience while coordinating logistics and client success processes that support timely service delivery. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring client satisfaction, accurate order fulfillment, and operational efficiency. This position requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a balance of customer-facing responsibilities and backend coordination.
Responsibilities:- Maintains client order pipeline and inquiry management processes. Ensures accurate shipping information, logistics documentation, and client order processing.
- Coordinates transportation actions to include, but not limited to, shipping arrangements, shipping error corrections, and tracking of shipping orders.
- Collaborates with the operations department to provide accurate order status updates and proper client communications.
- Provides professional communications to all key stakeholders.
- Manage client records and CRM updates; prepare and distribute order bills and invoices.
- Understands logistics regulations and manages tariff and customs issues. Provides customs support, tracks, and manages custom requirements.
- Exemplifies organizational core values when communicating with internal and external key stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or related fields
- Supply chain management experience
- Experience with CRM software
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Computer proficient with Microsoft Office
